DURING THE COURSE
Mojo 1 – Get accustomed to use your smartphone to film & publish
Working in groups of three, the students will make three 90 – 120 seconds video interviews. The topic of the interviews will be gender equality in the media and how you can be a part of the change reaching gender equality. How to upload Mojos
Videos should be uploaded to the AGEMI blog by 19:30 on Monday. (Don’t forget your byline and the name of the person interviewed.)
Mojo 2 – Get accustomed to use your smartphone to film, edit & publish a report
In groups of two (or three), choose an aspect of gender equality issues in Gothenburg that you believe needs attention. Using your smartphones, plan, film and edit a short report on why this issue needs to be investigated. The report should be no shorter than 2 minutes and no longer than 4 minutes. It should include:
- A minimum of 2 people.
- An explanation of why the issue is significant.

Videos should be uploaded to the AGEMI blog by 18:00 on Thursday, August 30. Don’t forget your byline.
DURING THE INTERNSHIP
Mojo 3 – A report from the internship
Mojo 1 & 2 is a preparation for Mojo 3 where you individually make a report from your internship (film, edit & publish). The purpose of the assignment is to explain what the organisation/media organisation contributes to advancing gender equality in the media, preferably with a concrete example. The report should be of good enough quality to be published at the AGEMI website
The report should be uploaded here on the blog with a headline, an intro and with info about the interviews and internship host. Follow the instructions of Mojo 2; using your smartphone and plan, film and edit a short report. The report should be no shorter than 2 minutes and no longer than 4 minutes. It should include:
- Preferably a minimum of 2 people interviewed.
- An explanation of why the issue is significant, e.g. how the organization/media company contributes to advancing gender equality in the media.
- Remember to get signed consent forms from the interviewees and send them to Karen Ross.
